1. Processing & Handling Time
Every piece of art is handled with the utmost care. 

  • Originals: Please allow 5 – 15 business days for us to professionally package and prepare your artwork for safe transit. (Note: Oil paintings may require additional drying or varnishing time, which will be noted on the product page).

  • Prints: Fine art prints are typically made-to-order. Please allow 7 – 15 business days for production and packing. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your artwork. 

  • Domestic (US): We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3 – 7 business days once the package leaves our studio.

  • International: We gladly ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Packaging
We take no shortcuts when it comes to protecting your investment.

  • Smaller, unmatted/unframed prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in sturdy protective tubes.

  • Original canvases and framed pieces are wrapped in acid-free materials, heavily bubble-wrapped, and boxed or crated to prevent damage. 

4. Insurance & Tracking

  • All original artwork shipments come fully insured against damage or loss in transit.

  • Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. 

5. Damages & Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the shipping box (including any external damage) and the damaged artwork itself. Save all original packaging materials. Contact us at contact@barbarafg.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof so we can file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Artist Ownership: All artwork, images, digital downloads, designs, text, and graphics on this Site are the sole intellectual property of Barbara FG LLC.

  • No Commercial Reproduction: Purchasing a physical or digital piece of art does nottransfer the copyright to you. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute images of the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit, written permission from the artist.

2. Artwork Descriptions & Pricing

  • Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of the artwork accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen will display colors perfectly.

  • Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any piece of art or service at any time.

  • Errors: In the event that a piece of art is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Payment Terms: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including artwork unavailability, errors in product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Shipping times vary depending on whether the artwork is ready-made, print-on-demand, or a custom commission.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

  • International Orders: For buyers outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your destination country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Return Policy: All sales of original artwork and custom commissions are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
